About the Military Brats Network
In 1999, the Military-Brats Registry and Military Brats
Online formed a partnership called The Military Brats Network.
The network was formed initially out of our desire to help other's efforts by pointing readers from one web site to other.
As we began to work together and to share ideas about new resources and services for readers, we realized our partnership was more than simply creating traffic from and to both web sites, but also a desire to truly serve the Military Brats community and to give something back to the culture to which we identify with so strongly.
We have a Mission Statement which goes into more detail about the Military Brats Network's goals and objectives.
Instead of merely linking to each other's web site, we have made navigating from each site to the other a simple process and we are working to create new resources of value to Military Brats everywhere.
In 1999, the Military Brats Network created a publication for
Military Brats, On The Move, to further strengthen the Military Brats "community." On The Move was created because we realized that not
everyone was online and we believe it is vital that our Military Brats heritage
be preserved. On The Move also provides the perfect medium for sharing our rich
cultural heritage with the public and with present and future Military Brats.
The Military-Brats Registry offers you a way to find your friends and a way
for them to find you. If you have not registered, do so today. Military Brats
Online offers both news and information, and it was a natural fit for both web
sites to come together in a cooperative effort as each compliments the other.
You will notice the "tab" structure at the top of the page and the sub-navigation
buttons at the top and right-hand side. Some of the tab names and links will change
when you go from one web site to the other as both web sites offer different content for Military Brats.
If you have any questions or suggestions, please contact us.
Sincerely,
